    • Preliminary design and technical feasibility studies, and comprehensive master planning.

    • Cost / Benefit analysis.

    • Full engineering design and preparation of drawings and specifications.

    • Preparation of tender documents, tender exercise including analysis of bids with recommendations.

    • Complete execution of the design, general inspection, site supervision of the works to specifications, cost management of the Works.

    • Modification or improvement to existing plant and equipment.
